I try to be as flexible as possible with my students but we do have a few T&C’s we need to cover off. Please read and if you have any questions just let me know.


Course Booking & Confirmation

Course fees are payable through the payment system on my website or by direct bank transfer. All course fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. A confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you once your payment has been processed.



Cancellation by you of a course or event more than 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the course will entitle you to a 70% refund of your fee.


If you cancel a course less than 2 weeks before the start of the courses no fees will be refunded.


If you cancel at any time and I am able to fill your place on the course you will be refunded 100% of your course fee. All cancellations must be made in writing by email.


I reserve the right to cancel a course or event, if this should happen you will be refunded 100% of course fees.

If workshops or classes have to be postponed because of the Coronavirus, they will be re-arranged for an agreed date in the future. 

In the event that a class is postponed for reasons that are outside of my control I will give you notice as soon as I am aware of the problem. I reserve the right to change the date of a class during the course.

Course Content

I reserve the right to make changes to the course curriculum as may be necessary.

Course Materials

All art supplies are provided and are included in the cost of the course, unless otherwise stated.


All courses and content are the sole intellectual property of Claire Podesta and may not be copied or reproduced.



My courses are open to all adults 18 years or over.



I try my hardest to ensure that our classes are available and accessible to everyone. Whilst I endeavour to provide venues and locations that are wheelchair friendly any disability or mobility issues should be brought to my attention prior to booking.
